7Digital Indiestore is a great big barrel of monkeys

I have signed up for a 'Pro' account and have nothing but regret. A complete waste of money and I am now wondering what 'Pro' is short for because I'm sure it cannot be 'professional.' Is it perhaps 'proctology' as I feel as if I've had it in the ass from 7digital.
I have uploaded the band's tracks and pasted the widget on our Myspace site. Yet when any attempt is made to download from here all that is produced is an error message saying the site cannot be accessed or some crap about a 'the specified request' which cannot, apparently, be 'executed from current Application Pool.' On top of this, if some resourceful blighter attempts to simply log onto the site and search for the band, the search engine cannot find us.
To add to these woes, if you then go into Manager Help and try to send a message to the staff (which I envisage as a broken bunch of existentialist Oompah Loompahs high on crack) you are foiled at this juncture also. You type in an oh so eloquent tirade against them and their site then type in the lettered and numbered code in the required field then press 'send'. Hey Presto; *** all. The message tells you that you typed in the wrong letter and your message has disappeared. *** me. In just how many ways can a site be broken? And the tossers are taking our money for this?
So, unknown bands, if you wish to plunge deeper into obscurity and anonimity then by all means, sign up for 7Digital Indiestore.
