The Debut Single were formed in the autumn of 1999. Initially from Edinburgh, they are now based in Brussels though prior to this, they festered on the streets of Paris for the past three years.
One Fool Down is a studioproject headed by singer/guitarist Cel who writes all the songs. Other bandmembers are musicians from bands that Cel has been playing with over the years.
