Just a little more information on my influences or more rightly inspirations
The waterboys, the Alarm, the indigo girls, the levellers, Johnny Cash ,Neil Young, Bob Dylan, the men they could not hang, the Ruts, The Clash, the Slits, Joe strummer, Burning Spear, Steel Pulse, early Aswad, Black Ururah Ani defranco, Sinead O’Conner, Solas, Altan, Gillian Welch and I could go on and on Bert jansch, nick drake, Folk, blues , jazz, early punk, world and roots some electronic dance music it’s a one man operation. I have not played in bands for years I am not against being in a band but my music has taken a back seat for so long that I just became more and more frustrated, not being able to get my songs heard. I just play live with my one voice one guitar. there are so many talented musicians out there creating some great music, where would be with out music I shudder to think.

World folk music with the punk DIY ethic,
My first EP solo if fact my first music for a long time
Fire in the blood, I don’t play punk music, but I am still a punk
Its as state of mind and my music came from being a fourteen year old kid into the slits
And the clash, it was the music that motivated me and it still does. It’s there in the mix some where
Though I am into folk punk and world and folk music these days. My music is not a purist of elitist creature Its world folk fusion if you must give it a label, there are thousand of bands and musicians out there doing stuff and it’s the best thing to happen and worst thing in some ways for a very long time
Music belongs to everyone it’s a world language , it has great power and can bring people together across so many divides this is where I am coming from and where I am going. I have two songs up at the moment with more to follow in the future which I will sell as cheaply as I can , feel free to message me or comment on my songs blogs or anything really, I don’t bite. I am not cool hip or happening I am just myself,take it or leave it!
