DEAD Famous International Launches in October

Welcome to DEAD Famous Artists Indie Store. Here is the new record label, management and production entity from the Astral Records & Music team. Introducing the new face of simple and no-fuss artist development and management. Product releases and both physical and digital distribution on a worldwide scale that creates the ultimate testing platform for new artists that are trying to make the cut and get to the pinnacle of the new music economy today.
The DEAD Famous team is made up of (5) industry professionals that include Mike Puskas (CEO Astral Records & Music and MPM Artist Management), James Lucente (CEO of Lucki Entertainment in Florida), Phil Haywood (CEO of Flashpoint Media in the UK), Jenny Seibold (MD of Artist Alliances in Germany) and Tony Boswell (CEO of Play It For The Labels) and our new Strategic and Content Development Manager. We have recently bought on Joel Wanasek of JTW Studios in the US to handle Mid West A&R for the label and also David Todd, ex-front man for the UK band Existend and a journalism major to handle UK A&R for the label. All of the players are respected and well-established A&R professionals with proven track records in the international music industry and know a great, commercially viable act when they hear one.
The label and management team are growing leaps and bounds, and we have just signed a (3) year label output and release deal in the US with Blastzone/Nightmare Records and distribution by KOCH International. In Canada we have a release deal with C4 Records and KOCH Canada for all hard rock and metal releases and Arbor / EMI for all our pop/rock releases. We are currently in negotiations with other major players in the UK and Europe including a label release deal with NetzoneMusic through Rough Trade in the GSA and all PR and marketing to be handled by the proactive Brainstorn Group in Berlin.
The new digital deal with C4 / Arbor Records and IODA will see all DEAD Famous record releases distributed into over 150+ digital retail outlets around the world which include 7 Digital, I Tunes, Burnlounge, MSN, CD Baby, Rhapsody, CD Plus, Napster, Yahoo Music , AOL now, E Music, Audio Lunchbox etc. All these releases will be effectively marketed through a strong promotional campaign which includes all mobile and PDA wireless delivery networks as well as international media licensing into feature film, television and advertising platforms and a slate of major rewards-style programs around the globe.
