Demos For The Departed
10/06/2008 By Steve Swindells
My solo album Demos For The Departed is rapidly growing into a double online album as I just uploaded four more tracks that I recorded in the 80s - No More Than A Good Time, We Dance Alone, The Beauty And The Beast and Barcelona (my mother's favourite). It's just hit 15,000 plays on www.isound.com/steve_swindells_gb
DanMingo is my band of THIS millennium, feauring members of Culture Club, Massive Attack, Hawkwind... and myself on keyboards and vocals. It's also a double online album and is rapidly heading for 100,000 plays on www.isound.com/danmingo
Both albums have been in the top 5 most-played on iSound, which the largest website of unsigned bands in the US featuring thousands and thousands of acts.
DanMingo's live debut at London's Cafe De Paris in Sept 07 can be seen in its entirity on www.youtube.com/danmingo
DanMingo's myspace is www.myspace.com/steveswindellsstuff
And of course there's www.danmingo.com and www.danmingouk.com
Check 'em out and enjoy!
If you want to get in touch it's info@danmigo.com
Cheers
Steve :-O)

Hi Steve - glad you like the music. We're not planning any gigs at the moment, but you can catch our entire debut gig at London's Cafe De Paris last year on www.youtube.com/danmingo Steve :-)

Hi Steve,
Just to say that I am really impressed with the DaMingo material that you and Jerry et al are putting together. Is it possible that you will ever be playing down in Kent in the near future?
