Bizarre and catchy with rude sensuality. The Ravens Court have recreated goth rock into their own vision.
The band offer elements across the board so to appeal to a wide fan base. From the 70’s sleaze glam punk sounds of Alice Cooper, T.Rex, and Iggy Pop to the 80’s gothic glam and even artsy sounds like The Cult, Christian Death, and Bang Tango. With the current renaissance of gothic rock with bands such as HIM and The 69 Eyes, The Ravens Court will be a fine addition to this resurgence of the darker and romantic side of rock. "

The Ravens Court are very busy filming. The album release has been delayed to Halloween, all video clips are being re produced, so the people who currently have copies hang onto them as they are limited edition.

The Ravens Court in Film

The band will be playing themselves in a feature length Comedy/Horror film being shot on the Gold Coast late January 2008, which is being written and directed by Susan Macgillicuddy (top credited film/television writer) who has a long list of credits including working for Melanie Griffith and Antonio Banderas. The film will also showcase songs from the bands upcoming album Skeletons in the Closet.
