Ultrazeen has been delivering razor riffs, thundering beats and raging vocals since 2002. Their black-leather-clad silhouettes have been seen on stage as support for Eiffel and in the pages of Rock&Folk magazine as well at underground gigs and in fanzines. Ultrazeen's rough-edged rock'n'roll is a reinvention rather than a replication of the jubilant energy of punk. At once straight from the heart as well as caustic and ironic, with a live show that buzzes with electricity, these heirs of the Who, Stooges and the Jon Spencer Blues Explosion are taking their places as the new dark princes of Gallic rock'n'roll.
