I was musically born while I was listening to "mamunia" performed by Paul Mc Cartney and the Wings - vinsil was born before because I used to sign my childly paintings as vin sil - I think that the best lyrics writers for songs are Bernie Taupin and Mogol, the best scenario writer for comics is Alan Moore, the best comedian movie’s couple is Laurel & Hardy, the best comic book of all times is Watchmen, the best singer is Bob Dylan, Alfredo Castelli is the best scenario writer for serial comics, the best guitar solo is the one made by Neil Young in Cinnamon Girl - I love a lot psichadelia and brut-art - there are 3 kinds of music: the music I like, the music I don’t like and the music I play; the rest is not music - Vinsil McJagger (VMcJ) is to be considered as a virtual-one-man band - if nobody has done it, we do it; if somebody has done it and we like it, we do it; if you don’t know where we are going, well me too I don’t know where we are going, but we go there anyway - I think we must consider, as Beatles songs, the songs of George Harrison till Living in the Material World, the songs of John Lennon till Walls and Bridges, the songs of Paul McCartney till Venus and Mars and the songs of Ringo Starr till now - at the end, I’m the last of the unskilled
